Elsewhere: Enterprise Construction Management Portal

The Constraint: The real estate purchasing process is historically opaque, leading to buyer anxiety and massive support overhead for developers. The challenge was to consolidate highly sensitive data, including multi-crore financial schedules, live construction updates, and complex legal documents, into a single, transparent dashboard that feels premium rather than overwhelming. My Role: Led the UX/UI architecture for the entire authenticated portal. I established a scalable dashboard framework, standardized data tables for financial tracking, and designed the interaction logic for the interactive 3D floor plan customizer. The Impact: Delivered a robust, responsive web application that reduced developer support tickets by centralizing buyer information. The clear visual hierarchy of the payment and construction trackers significantly improved user trust and transparency throughout the multi-year building lifecycle.
